#iStartFirst boot camp comes to the Valley this August

Olenka Cullinan wants to help millennials, entrepreneurs, and go-getters break some ground in the business world on August 12th. Olenka is an accomplished member of the Phoenix entrepreneurial community. According to her website, she moved to the US when she was 19 years old with just $450 in her pocket, worked to pay for her bachelor’s and master’s degrees, became an educator, and built a business.

Olenka is a CEO, author, brand ambassador, inspirational speaker, and youth success coach. She is a former graduate of the University of Arizona and is best known for running workshops and camps for teens through her business Rising Tycoons, a company that has impacted over 6,000 young and aspiring entrepreneurs.

This August, Olenka is starting a boot camp called #iStartFirst. This boot camp is targeted at millennials who want to take their businesses to the next level or get their ideas up off the ground.  The goal is to allow participants to break some of the business rules they’re used to and grow as entrepreneurs. Her teachings focus on helping people find their passion paths, brand identities, leadership skills, messages, and impact.

Olenka’s website states that her “experience with youth and millennials combined with her tested training and leadership skills (as well as her keen eye for the “coolness factor”) brings creativity and relevance to help [brands] level up in the market place.” #iStartFirst is a wonderful opportunity for millennials to hit the ground running and learn how to break past the daunting barriers of the business world. Olenka is aiming to leave participants with the mindset to stop preparing, and start doing.

All who participate in the #iStartFirst boot camp will learn the following:

  • Business of income vs. business of impact
  • How your mentor circle affects your income (Not that “the 5 closest people” adage you already know!)
  • The reasons you need to stop preparing (and start living!)
  • Proof that your “brag” equals your “impact”

#iStartFirst is an all-day event, running from 9 AM to 6 PM in downtown Phoenix.

The price to join is $147, and you can sign up online.

You can contact Olenka Cullinan anytime to request her as a speaker at your next event (or to become a brand ambassador) by writing her at Inspire@RisingTycoons.com.
