The Arizona Science and Engineering Fair (AzSEF) that is managed by the Arizona Science Center, AzSEF brings together first-place winners from science fairs across the state of Arizona to compete for prizes and scholarships worth thousands of dollars. The Grand Award winners in the Senior Division from the state-level fair will be selected to compete at the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF), which will be located in Pittsburgh, PA this Spring.

This fair serves as an advocate for STEM and the students who are thinking far outside on the box on ways to move and shake our society. With Phoenix as a growing hub for technology and science, this fair is sure to generate a lot of talent across various age groups.

“We are honored to host the Arizona Science and Engineering Fair. This year, we have over 700 projects from young scientists all over the state. I can’t wait to be blown away by the content of their projects, some doing groundbreaking research, some solving problems within their communities, and all of them representing the STEM community in Arizona well. These students are the future of STEM, and they will change our world in ways we can’t yet imagine!” -Beth Nickel, Chief Learning Officer at Arizona Science Center

Be sure to come down and show your support to these rising stars in science and technology.
